Big Pel has had his moments with The Downs, from famously walking out of the 07/08 End of Season Do, to putting in many a Man of The Match performances throughout his time with The Downs.

Pel is a man who loves the game and loves to see it played well. Something The Downs dont always do, but still grind out a result (sometimes).

No two ways about it though, Pel is undoubtedly one of the best keepers definitely in the Division, if not in the league. For a big man he is extremely mobile and a fantastic shot stopper, which is why the Downs want to keep him in the side for the forseeable future.

Now a proud father, this will prove to be more difficult. Only time will tell.
